DOA Favourites

--- do you like trivia?
Do you like trivia? I like trivia. I like mind-boggling or mind-scratching puzzles, like those descartes/gauss/pascal puzzles. If there was an RSS feed where you can get a daily descartes puzzle, I'd sign up for that. I "enjoy" it when I watch a movie and there's a guy in it and it bugs me how I can't figure out what movie/show he's from. I "enjoy" forgetting words and then trying to remember them by word association. I don't really enjoy it, but I do like the challenge so I do enjoy it in a way.
That's why I like trivia. If only there was more trivia around that is directed towards me, rather than me making trivia. Like that time when we were doing those music videogame trivias, that was fun, I liked that. Some I got right away, some were impossible for me, and some had my brain tingling for a while. This is what I like. Another purpose for my brain on a daily basis. I like trivia.
--- D.O.A.
Rented the D.O.A. (Dead or Alive) movie a week ago, watched it yesterday, and I must say... it was pretty good! I would compare it mostly with Charlie's Angels; it's a fun movie, not meant to be taking too seriously, has a good amount of special effects, and has a certain hollywood-polished feel to it. I might even like it more than Charlie's Angels, though Angel's feels less cheesy. This one feels more cheesy. Actors aren't bad, but they're not as bouncy. Which is probably a good thing, since people already make fun of D.O.A for being bouncy; had it applied to the movie, then nobody can take the movie seriously.
That said, the movie was great. Although right from the start, you can feel a certain cheesyness when Kasumi starts talking... but after that, if you can let your brain flow, you'll have a pleasantly good time. I might buy the movie... I wonder if I can upgrade my 'rent' to a ;pre-owned-buy'...

If you know me well enough, or remember my lists from elsewhere, then this should be quite simple. Clues will be added later.
