Two Parties
By now, many of you have received invitations to come to my reading week party, which I posted on Facebook. Previously, I asked a bunch of people which of 4 days would be best; Fri the 16th, Sat 17, Fri 23, or Sat 24. I sorted the people between two groups, ‘regulars’ and ‘specials’; regulars are people that always come, like Ambrose and Alan. Specials are the rarer ones, like Andrew Paton, Andrew Tso (“who is that?” you ask? Well, that’s why he’s special), Alfie, and others.
Long story short, the best day for most people, and the best day for specials, was Friday the 23rd. Saturday the 24th was close behind… anyway, some people couldn’t do Fridays, or couldn’t do that weekend (like Rama and Jia), so I’m thinking of having an unofficial party on Saturday the 17th. I wouldn’t say it’s a party, just an unofficial get-together with the regulars, plus Rama and Jia and Mitch and whoever else. So, not to exclude anyone that can’t go to the official party, there’ll be an unofficial get-together on the 17th as well, or, maybe some people will come on the 16th and stay over until the 17th.
So, this Saturday is dinner and clubbing, next Saturday is the unofficial ‘start-of-reading-week’ get-together (read: Smash, Wii, Guitar Hero), and then the Friday after that is the official party, which I hope will be awesome.
Random Picture Project
I remember I love taking pictures. Long time ago, we had an awesome, um… SLR? Camera, that uses real film, and I loved taking pictures. Now that I have my own, non Canon-G-thingy digital camera, I should be taking infinite pictures! And so, over the past few days, I’ve taken about 150 pictures of random stuff in my house. Maybe I’ll post stuff later.
Also, I'll post some 'flash-backgrounds' I've been toying with at 'work'. It's very hypnotizing to look at nice backgrounds...
This article is a stub. You may expand on it when you get home from work, and only if you are Bao.
