Trivias, like everyone else

Well, I have infinite (or 10) things to blog about, but I will blog about those later, probably in a David style fashion, that is, 10 different posts spread over 3 days or so.
However, *everyone* is doing it, so I want to do it to; the “Trivias”. Christa has a music trivia (of which I got 1 correct), Jessica’s doing one (of which I got 1 correct), Kyle has a movie trivia (which I got a few correct) and David now has his own music trivia, of which I got 1 correct as well.
Anyway, if you know me, there’s a certain trivia style which I specialize in, or enjoy doing most. However, some people don’t like it, so I have two types of trivia for you today! First is my style, second is the text style. First a bit of history…
1050 AM Oldies station, or whatever it is, once had a contest with a $10,000 prize; they played a clip, composed of 10 different songs, which made the phrase “Guess this song and win 10 grand!” or something like that. So it’s a 4-second phrase, composed of 10 different songs, and if you guess all the different songs you win $10,000.
So, I started doing it too, but arguably easier, and no grand prize, except the feeling of satisfaction. Anyways, I’ve been doing this for a while now, every now and then, but I made this one relatively easier than my usual ones. Here’s an mp3, 3 minutes long, containing 36 different song clips, 1 of which is a movie soundtrack song.
Some songs are blatantly easy; some song clips are long but from older songs so you’ll have to think about them; some are short because they’re easily identifiable; and some are short and just plain difficult or obscure. Some songs may bring back horrible memories of certain groups and bands, hahaha.
Anyway, hopefully some of you should be able to solve some of them and together you’ll get *most* of them. E-mail answers to me, bknh@hotmail.com , and feel free to ask for hints in the comments :) Perhaps later I’ll release a harder trivia…

EDIT mar 25 Because of my internet being down, I've had time to make a shorter version of the same trivia; So it's the same trivia, same 36 songs, but harder because the whole song is about half the other one's length. It's just for fun, but maybe you'd feel greater satisfaction from solving a song from the harder trivia, before listening to the easier trivia :)
