vgcats stole my idea
VGCats stole my idea.
You don't believe me? Well... here's semi-proof. Ya know how a few weeks ago, I kept saying, "I have an idea for a comic, which would probably be thursday's comic?" Well, that was the idea, and vgcats imitated it first, so me releasing it... in the future when I finally get it done, would've looked so lame because I'm copying vgcats which is parodying the other one.
So here's semi-proof. I spent about 30 minutes making this, and it would probably take me another 2 hours to complete it if I actually worked on it, with all the voice acting and synchronizing and everything. This clip is about 4 seconds long. Enjoy.
VGCats stole my idea.
Actually, before you click that, click on my vgcats link. Their 100th comic is up. At the end, click on "100". Then check out my version.
So anyway, I would probably still release this copy even though it seems imitative of a parody which is pretty lame. But when will I do it? I don't know. As for other blog topics that I wanted to write today... errr... maybe not today. Maybe tomorrow, after the party.
Anyway, I fixed that "other problem" I had - apparently I had this problem before, then installed a codec (the ffdshow to be exact) and it worked. I think during the past few days, I uninstalled the codec because I thought it might've been causing adware problems. So then, the problem came back, and I fixed it a few hours ago by reinstalling the right codec.
However, I now recall another problem - this happens occasionally. Usually: right click on picture, save as, goes straight to My Pictures folder with a file name. Sometimes however, and this happens with a lot of pictures (so it's not a coincidence or anything), but it still goes to My Pictures, but it's untitled.bmp. I have about 80 untitledxxx (where xxx is a random # between 0 and 9999999) .bmps in my My Pictures folder now, thanks to that. Anyone want to fix it for me?
You win this round vgcats. Maybe I'll parody you. that's right, vgcats. Speaking of which, my webcomic? ehhh... one day it'll be back... one day... maybe I'll comic about the d20 campaign. yes yes...
