I will kill you Funimation!!
Funimation has licensed Full Metal Alchemist, which is now my 2nd favourite series of all time. Maybe first. Initial D is really cool and all, but Full Metal Alchemist is deeper, more colourful, and... well, probably better than Initial D.
So I want to kill Funimation!! They took away my Full Metal Alchemist!! AHH!!
It's not that I don't want to pay for the dvds. It's not that I want a free product. It's that they have postponed my regular scheduled watching of my favourite anime show. I would easily give up $200 right now for the whole thing on DVD, fansubbed by Keep-ANBU (I love their fansubbing jobs, such as FMA and Scrapped Princess). I would even maybe pay Funimation right now to release everything, RIGHT NOW, or at least within a few months so I can get the whole thing. Watch the conclusion, watch the rest of the series.
But no. they took it away from me. They did a social injustice to many, many anime fans out there. They let us sniff the pie, take a bite from the crust, and then they took it away from us.
And now I have to wait a year or two before I can see the rest of the anime. Plus, it will probably have a poor subbing job compared to Keep-anbu.
Oh well. Nothing I can do... gotta get someone to kill some funimation people though... maybe they'll be at anime north....
anyway, Jia wants me to download all this anime for him while he's gone. Maybe I should watch that stuff for the next 100 weeks, and then I can continue watching Full Metal Alchemist. So Midori no hibi, tenjou tenge, kono mini something, madlax, ragnarok, bakutenshi, aishiteruzebay, shura no toki, etc, mars da monster, kyou kara maou, koi kaze, kenran mars daybreak, and tweeny witches... here I come!
