back in 'sauga, missing poker games >_<

Alright! It's 12:33 AM, and I got back to 'Sauga about an hour and a bit ago. So what to say? It's nice, I guess. Parents made us clean a bit more at the UW place - well, not too much. Mostly kitchen stuff. etc, etc... had dinner at Wendy's, nothing spectacular.

Anyway, back to 'Sauga. It's home again, and... well, not many new changes at home, not including my sister's room. So we go to said sister's room. Lots of new furniture. Pretty spiffy too - not sure what the art style is... some kinda modern, style... circles and squares, or ovals and rectangles - every piece of furniture was a bit round and a bit square. Like, the bed is wood, rectangular, but has a round oval 'pillow' like structure at the head. The dressers are rectangular, with a round part at the top. She also got a few more sofas and chairs, all really nice. Not my choice of style, but pretty stylish nonetheless.

Last, but not least is the new addition to the family - I don't know his name yet, so for now I'll just call him Rabbit. Probably because he's a rabbit. And it's a he. Yeah, we got ourselves a brownish grey rabbit. Cute little fellow. Probably shy, kinda scared (since we're new). But cute nonetheless.

Anyway, my dad got me another monitor, so I'm using that now instead. It's a flatscreen... flatpanel thing... and it's alright. Well, I guess it's good, but my monitor settings have changed and I'm still trying to find a new setting that I'll be happy with. So I thought, "let's get with the times", so I tried increasing from 1024x768 to... well, first 1280x1024, then 1152x864, and now back to 1280x1024, or 1280x960. The text seemed bigger at 1024x768, so I didn't like that so I increased my resolution but it doesn't seem as clear. Maybe I have to install some drivers or something.

Anyway, during lunch we talked about my long post from below, and Alan said something like, "I liked how Bao used superior HTML technology to change the colour of the font". Hahaha. We all then laughed a bit, and I had some iced tea in my mouth which ended up on the napkin. It was pretty funny indeed.

We also played a game where we start with some 'subject', and a 'letter'. So this time, it was "famous people in entertainment (movies, tv, music, books), with first name OR last name starting with K. It was an interesting game. Hard, but fun. Later, when our parents game, we presented the same challenge to them, and they found a few more people... I forget who they were...

after that, we tried the same game with food and "K", and then back to people and "H". Famous people, not necessarily entertainment industry. That was fun. Easier than K, and fun. funny. Never mind.

Umm... I think that's it for now... for those in the d20 campaign, e-mail me your backstories and character info so I can better make a story out of it... maybe...
