Anime North - problems
Eric was a bum and didn't buy me/us (Wen and I) extra tickets. So now there are 3-4 options:
1) Find another group of 10 or more prior to April 23rd and somehow register by then to get the group discount (admission $30 per person for the entire weekend)
2.1) Single person registration of $45 for weekend
2.2) Just show up on Friday and register then, for $45 per person for the weekend
3) Only go for one day - most likely Saturday - for $30 per person for Saturday only
4) Not go.
#1 sounds inplausible, #4 is easy. #3, compared to #2 is actually sounding okay. I'd like to check out the Masquerade, that should be entertaining. And the dealer's room always has some nice stuff waiting for me.
Well, I'd choose #2 or #3, if Wen chooses #2 or #3. While I don't usually like the "I'll go if ___ goes" argument, but seriously, I'm not going to Anime North alone. So we'll see. Should be a fun experience, and hopefully it'll be worth it.
